In Matt Cline’s role as the Undergraduate Lab Instructor, he partners with faculty to develop and deliver lab course materials, provide instruction to students, and to assess student performance. He oversees the Robert Rothfus Undergraduate Lab facilities, equipment, and instruments. In these capacities, Matt supervises student workers and co-advises some independent research projects. In the summer session, he teaches 06-052, Fundamentals of Chemical Engineering Practice. Matt provides ancillary support to undergraduate programming efforts including recruitment, outreach, and student organizations. Matt actively participates in various engineering education communities that focus on lab-related topics.
