Reappointment and promotion template

Faculty members being considered for reappointment or promotion will need to fill out the Faculty Reappointment and Promotion Template.

Submitting the packet

Faculty should submit the entire promotion and reappointment packet as a single PDF to the department head's assistant to upload to Box.

Please follow the directions below for which items to include in the PDF and the appropriate order of those items. Please also review the guidelines and procedures for reference letters.

Tenure-track faculty

Please include the following documents, in the listed order, into a single PDF for submission.

Reappointment to Assistant
Interim Review:

  • Department letter(s)
  • Signatures from department faculty
  • Faculty Reappointment and Promotion Template (CV/Biography)
  • Student Letters:
    • Sample of Solicitation letter from department head
