Recruiting and orientation

The Center supports faculty search committees in College of Engineering departments by offering guidelines for running a successful search and organizing Bias Buster sessions targeting search committees. For newly recruited faculty, the Center organizes an annual new faculty orientation each fall that provides college-specific information on starting in research, teaching, leading a group or managing a lab in the College of Engineering.
